Hi Phu Ha,
You have made a common, but completely false leap of faith. What the PMI produced is NOT a methodology (although it surely looks like one) but a Body of Knowledge. IF you were to mind map the PMBOK Guide, you will find it results in an almost unintelligible mess of linkages, most closely resembling a bowl of spaghetti.

If you are looking for a methodology, you would be better of with PRINCE2 or AACEI's Total Cost Management Framework. www.aacei.org/tm . Both of those are methodologies, and while neither are perfect, they will provide you with a good start.
