Idea: making Googlemap-based (& statistical) for real estate

This purposes to track my idea, I like to have coffee and think of something useful. So this is an idea to build up an webbased application that used for Real Estate. The technology behind is Google-map/earth and using statistical analysis (what I have just learned in my company), use other labor/tool to input draw data into price/map
